By accessing and using the PokeOne Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

PokeOne is a Discord bot that provides Pokémon-related features and entertainment for Discord servers. The Bot's features include but are not limited to:

  • Pokémon information lookup
  • Pokémon catching and collecting
  • Pokémon trading system
  • Battle simulation

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Exploit bugs or glitches in the Bot
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Harass other users
  • Engage in any illegal activities

4. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and all related trademarks are property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokeOne is not affiliated with these companies.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.
